USAGE:
VCI for Spray Wash Cleaner-Multi-Metals can be used in spray wash, ultrasonic or agitator immersion tanks at concentrations of 2 to 5% or up to 10% depending on the level of contamination. The recommended operating temperature is between 50-70°C. The components should be allowed to dry before storage to avoid stripping the VCI protection.
APPLICATIONS:
For use in high-pressure spray equipment to remove oil, grease and chips from ferrous and non-ferrous metals and plastic components as part of production, assembly and pre-paint operations without staining brass, aluminum and copper.
Contains Vapor Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI) which can protect metal components for up to 3 months under good storage conditions.
