DEYAP supports all efforts to promote and protect competition, including the legitimate protection of intellectual property rights and marketing rights.

DEYAP expects employees who encounter competition issues in the course of their work to know the basic principles of competition laws and the importance of complying with these laws. If the answer to a competition law question is not clear, employees should seek help and advice.

DEYAP adopts business conduct models that comply with the provisions of the Law No. 4054 on the Protection of Competition and the communiqué based on it, and the Turkish Commercial Code and the communiqué based on it. Every employee of our company, which supports free market and open competition rules in both national and international trade and refrains from violating the relevant local and international laws, is obliged to comply with fair competition rules.

In addition to DEYAP’s obligation as a company, employees who engage in anti-competitive behavior will also be subject to penalties.

DEYAP staff working on a procurement process must know and comply with applicable laws and regulations governing procurement. Transparency must be maintained at all stages of the procurement process by complying with applicable official procedures and by providing accurate, transparent and non-discriminatory data to government officials who will make decisions.

DEYAP respects the legitimate activities of its competitors. However, it expects its competitors to comply with applicable laws, regulations and industry rules.

Within this framework, relationships that aim to illegally disrupt the competitive environment in the market, which cannot be achieved by any means other than violating the relevant laws (such as sharing customer information by making formal or informal contracts or agreements with competitors, sharing prices, supplier relations, commercial terms, market shares, profit margins, costs, bid contents or conditions for participating in tenders – bidding …) are strictly prohibited in our company.
